Jay has for many years successfully maintained our family's computers, but recently I was very worried when my rather ancient computer suddenly failed with a slight smell of burning! I hadn't managed to back up any of my files which included irreplaceable precious photos of a family wedding and our grandson. Jay was cautiously optimistic, diagnosing the problem on the evidence I provided over the phone. Within a couple of days he delivered my fully working computer back to me, and stayed to help me to set up a back up drive and answer all my computer queries with complete confidence, explaining in a way that I could understand and absorb. I wouldn't go to anybody else with my computer problems, I can totally trust Jay's depth of knowledge and commitment to his work. I can also understand when he explains things to me!
